We're moving on up...well, down

So in the past 6 months a lot has happened. How's that for a blog summary? Seriously, I know I am quite possibly one of the worst bloggers ever, but, since I am probably the only one who reads this thing, I've decided to give myself a break and stop the guilt trip. Because I have a bigger trip on the horizon that is quite frankly requiring all my mental and physical energy.

Our family is in the middle of what is quite possibly the biggest change we have experienced yet (aside from the birth of our children). We are moving to San Antonio. When my BFF heard the news, she said, "you have to start blogging again". My first thought was, "yeah right. I am having a hard time getting in a shower every day much less making time to blog." But then I thought maybe she was right. She usually is. I could blog again. It would give me a chance to process through all that is happening. Document all the ways God is moving in our lives. And *tear, sniff, sniff* allow me to keep in contact better with our family and friends once we make the move south.

So, you'll be seeing more of me on here. We are in the process of getting our house ready to put on the market. Lee accepted a great offer one week ago after a 5 week layoff from "The Place that Shall not be Named". The offer is a great one but it means moving to San Antonio. Which we've heard is lovely. But it isn't here. Obviously. We are still processing how we feel about all of this. Excited, nervous...lots of conflicting emotions. We have so much to do in order to get our house ready that we don't really have time to think much, and I think I am grateful for that.
