Today my friend was the Blender Guy at Costco. He was doing a demo of some crazy blender that will liquify an avocado pit, pulverize an Iphone, and make a tasty spinach ice cream all in the span of a few minutes. My kids were fascinated by this, so we stayed for a while. They had one veggie smoothie, one fruit smoothie, enchildada soup, and spinach ice cream. In the course of 20 minutes, they had more fruits and veggies than they had all last week. They walked out of there stuffed. They also helped him sell two $379 blenders while we were there. I was hoping he'd throw us a free one for the biz, but I walked out of there without one. I think I had a tear in my eye because this is truly the blender to end all blenders. If you have $400 extra that you need to spend in the next week, stop by the Southlake Costco. If you have $800 extra, pick one up for me. It'd make a lovely gift! (I'd like red)
